For My English Class

* THIS IS NOT PART OF THE STORY *
This blog post is for my English class grade.
This post is about three topics -
  • where you were when you started your blogging journey
  • how you've grown as a result of your blogging journey
  • where you are today
To start off with the first question, I was just a kid new to the 9th grade and really hatting the idea of having to write a blog. At the time, all I thought was "Blogs are stupid. My mother reads them for food recipes. This is going to suck." But after finally accepting my fate, I realized it could be fun if i had a good topic. Then came choosing a topic. That was the hardest part for me. I wanted to write about my sport, lacrosse but I had no ideas on how to do it. Only idea shot down. Then it hit me. What do I do every day. School. I could write about school! Then again, I had no way to do it. After a couple of days of thinking I finnaly came to the conclusion. Make a story about the teachers! And so I started this...
*Small bit of info, the Werd came from my name backwards

The second question is quite simple. The way I've grown on this blogging journey is that I can write stories better. This blog has brought the ability of writing well and making stories that some people actually enjoy.

Today, I am in the same place as I was in the beginning, except not stuck on my blog and quite content on how it has progressed. I also now have a much better understanding on creative writing.

To the people who follow my blog that is not my english teacher -

For my class this is my last post, but for you it is not. I will write a small bit more to tie up the story as I really enjoy writing this and don't want to leave the few people that read this hanging. As this is the only time I will be able to say it, Its been fun writing for people other then a english teacher.

Chapter Thirteen

A scream escaped his lips before he could even react to his surroundings. He blinked. It was all dark. What was happening. He righted himself and sat on the bed. Still nothing but darkness. No noises except his own breathing. All his personal belongings were gone. One thought kept running through his head, they know the plan is collapsing. In truth, the 'they' did not know it was just a accident that it happened to him and 'they' did not know who he truly was. He had powers. Ones the he could control and ones that he could not control. Having powers were a learning curve for him. He could do things that no other could. Except one. That child. The boy. The kid. The one who went by Philip. He needed to die. Some might say that this statement was extreme, but he knew what would happen if he was aloud to live. Millions would suffer if he lived. So the person sat on the bed. The person sat and thought. Planning on ending Philip. And with that a small rainbow spark flitter from his finger tips and died as it hit the floor. The room was back to darkness.

His phone had been shut off wirelessly, a man was chasing him, and now he seemingly couldn't move from fear. The man was running straight at him with what seemed to hit him. The man did not hit Philip but picked him up and ran. Philips senses kicked in, and like the senses, he also began kicking. The man seemed to be built like an elephant as every kick and punch didn't even faze him. Philip gave up with the assault. He knew he was captured and had no chance of escape from this man-giant. The man opened the door at the end of the hall and went though another series of doors. After what seemed to be eternity the man stopped. Then Philip realized who it was. Mr.Macias. His math teacher from 8th grade. "Philip. Be quite some of us want to save you." and he turned and left. What is happening??? Philip was freaking out. This is not good, but what the teacher just said really left a impact on Philip. Some of us want to help you. Then there was a knock on the door. Then silence. "May I come in?" asked a new voice. "Do I have a choice?" replied Philip, and with that a door opend and Mr.Parker came in. "Soon you will have a say Philip. Soon."

Chapter Twelve

Philip was ready. It was time to go in. During the time that he had seen the teachers and ran to the restroom, it was 12:15. Time to go. Philip pulled himself together and waled across the hall and opened the door. It was just a copy room. Some cabinets with random papers, and a copy machine. He looked around to see if it was his eyes playing some trick on him, but they weren't. Just a copy room. Nothing out of place nothing out of the ordinary. This cant be it. After all this, I know that this cant be it. So Phillip started looked more closely at the details. Then it hit him. How did the teachers get into a tiny room then disappear? There was a secret to this room. It was just a matter of finding it. Looking around the room, nothing jumped out at Philip that said "IM A SECRET". He just had to keep looking. Shuffling through the papers on the shelf he checked the time on the clock on the wall. It was stuck at 9:30. Philips watch said it was 12:20. Then it hit Philip. It wasn't a matter of showing up at a certain time, Ms.Alp had relayed the secret to getting into the room. Getting up on a chair Philip took the clock down, and turned the gear in the back till it displayed 12:15. After a few disappointing seconds of having the clock on 12:15 Philip thought that he was wrong. Then a metal cabinet was moved to the side by hidden mechanical arms. What is going on.

Behind the cabinet was a dark corridor with what seemed to be no end. Oh my, thought Philip. He pulled out his mobile phone and turned on the flash light, as bringing a actually flashlight never crossed his mind as something to bring to a copy room. Shining the light around the tunnel was not effective as it was just a stone corridor that, even with the light, had no end. I guess I gotta go in, and Philip stepped in. All of a sudden gun shots flared at the far end of the tunnel! But that was what Phillip was expecting. In actually nothing happened. Philip was scared. Its like the christmas movie, one foot in front of the other, then I am walking. Yea, I'm not scared I can do it. Then, the cabinet closed behind Philip and made him jump so bad that he hit his head on the roof of the tunnel. God daaaa... darn it. Philip was not standing up to the challenge. Philip kept walking then he saw it. A light. Philip's steps quickened but he tired to be quiet. It was a square of light way away. Then a shadow crossed in front of the light. It was a man, and he was not small. Then the light went out. "Run" said a voice, and Philip couldn't. He was frozen with fear.

Chapter Eleven

Philip had overslept and he knew it. He didn't care. He had no intention of going to school that day or for a while at that. He had to find out what all this meant, the key, the stalking, the whispers, and especially room 42. Currently, it was 2 days after the attack, if you could call it that. Two unidentified men had drugged Philip and tried to plant cameras in his room. Philip was not scared anymore. He was pissed off. Time for things to stop, thought Philip. Philip got up, showered and dressed. He came down to the kitchen and saw a note from his mom. 'Philip - I had to leave to work early so food is in the oven. Love you, Mom' little did she know that he had slept in and burt the food. Bummer, thought Philip. He got the burnt food, tossed it in the trash and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Philip had originally planned to spend the day sleeping and trying to figure this all out, but now he had a new idea. He was determined to figure everything out. The key, the teachers, and everything that had happened in these past few days.

Philip got up and grabbed his backpack, the key, a small knife and went out to the city bus stop. He brought the knife to possibly protect himself if he got into a tight situation and needed to fight for his life. Philip was not playing games anymore he was ready to find out the truth. He got on and around 11 and rode it out to Redstone and then changed buses to get to Treasure Mountain. The bus stopped and Philip got off. It was a short 5 minuet walk from the stop to the school. Luckily, school was in session so Philip did not see anyone and no one saw him. He opened the door and walked to the right into the science hallway. No one had stopped him so far so he kept going. Here it is. Room 42. Right at 12:10. Perfect, thought Philip. Then he heard talking. It was Mr.Parker and Ms.Sutherland. No, not now!, thought Philip. The two teachers were coming around the corner and would see him right in the middle of the hallway. Philip ran into the bathroom which was adjacent to room 42. "We have to act now. This is the last opportunity we have to ship the crates. I believe the child is on to us." said Parker. "How could he know? He doesn't even know about himself. My question is why cant we just kill him and get it over with? It would simplify everything." replied Sutherland. "We need him for the final step. We need his power." There it was again. The word power. McNaughtan said he had powers, now the teachers said it too. At least he now knew they wouldn't kill him now, but possibly later. This gave him time. He heard a door close. He looked out and saw that the teachers had gone into room 42.
